Dorina is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of AdviseUp Consulting, an audit, risk, and compliance consulting firm for forward-looking businesses.

Dorina is a former Chief Audit and Risk Officer for Fortune 500 companies, including Covetrus and Athenahealth. At Covetrus, she built the company’s first global internal audit and SOX programs and launched the enterprise risk management program across 30+ countries. At Athenahealth, she led audit and compliance efforts that supported client trust and business growth, contributing to over $20 million in new contract value.

Earlier in her career, Dorina held leadership roles at MathWorks and AES Corporation, leading global audit transformations and IT compliance initiatives. She is a published expert in risk and compliance and holds CISA and CDPSE certifications.
